Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your FounderOS subscription at any time from the Billing page inside your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which your account reverts to the free plan.
Refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Because you can cancel at any time and are only billed for the current month, we generally do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented use of the Service, contact us and we will review your case.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Where the Service begins immediately with your consent, this right may not apply once the service has been fully provided.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@founderos.app with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
